The Primary Health Care Team
This includes the usual staff at the surgery plus district nurses, health visitors, midwives, community psychiatric nursing team, social services, shared care and school nurses.
A health visitor is a registered nurse who has received training particularly related to babies, children and pregnant women. Their role is to provide families with children under five years old with support and advice around the general aspects of mental, physical and social wellbeing. They run regular baby clinics and are based at Molesey Clinic. The health visitor can be contacted by telephone on 020 8979 6464.

Emberbrook Community Centre for Health
The district nursing team are qualified nurses who are trained to assess the health care needs of patients who are unable to make it to the surgery and their families. They provide services such as post surgical care, wound and skin care, bowel and bladder care, diabetic care, and follow up care for people who are acutely or terminally ill.
