On the advice of the Local Medical Committee and British Medical Association, Capelfield Surgery will NOT be switching on prospective access to medical records from 1st November 2022 whilst we wait for further clarification from NHS England. This will allow us to concentrate on provision of core services at this time.
Patients will still be able to request copies of their medical records in the usual way if needed.
